The service was sluggish, and they didn't have my original order, forcing me to choose something else. I won't be returning.

On my worst visit, the chicken was overcooked, with a burnt flavor, dry texture, and it seemed like it had been sitting around for a while and reheated. On two occasions, the chicken I ordered didn’t even taste like the KFC recipe—there was no resemblance in either appearance or flavor. Now, I make the drive to the 87th and Maple location, where I'm consistently impressed with both the food and the service. I believe the 30th Street location should close, undergo a thorough cleanup, retrain the staff, and find competent management.

When we reached the window,... read more I visited this restaurant to place an order, and unfortunately, the staff member was quite rude and hurried us through the process. When we reached the window, she told us the total and took a $10 bill that was slightly ripped. Shortly after, she returned and informed us that she couldn't accept the bill, which I found surprising. I ended up going to Burger King right across the street, where they happily accepted the same bill. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience here.

(They sh... read more Service was good when ordering but they had us wait for over 5 minutes for 2 famous original chicken sandwiches so we thought they were gonna be fresh. (They should have been since they supposedly cook them to order. ???? Got them well around 8 minuteslater and they were both stale. This location needs to work on giving out fresh food and thier wait times.

My husband and I went there for a late lunch. As we were walking through the door the woman at the counter and very meanly said ?we are closed? can?t you read??My husband said he didn?t see a sign?she was very rude. We don?t ever want to go there again.Last time we went there before this she was very rude to somebody else. Poor customer service
