Zero star if i can. Very disappointed and upset! It's like a scam! The foods were avarage. Very poor customer services. The waiting for the food was too long. The menu doesn't have the price but the bill was extremely high, it should be illegal. She didn't give you a recipe. It doesn't match the price on their website. She automatally charged you 20% for services fees which she didn't deserve. She's rude. We ordered2 beef bulgogi (website says 12.99 each)2 green onions pan cakes (no prices on manu or website)2 gal-bi (17 on website)1 jab-chae (12.99 on website)1 spicy squid (14.99) on website, no drinks. The bill was over $189 which made no sense even with 20% service fees.
Found there was a change of ownership, very disappointed with the food we ordered. The sides for the meal used to be pretty variety, but now we were only were served with some peanuts and something like pickle. Not recommended .
Overall, this restaurant was amazing! I tried the spicy pork bulgogi, and it was absolutely delicious. The banchan side dishes were equally impressive. However, I was disappointed to find that some of the menu items displayed outside were missing from their new menu; I really hope they expand their selection soon. I also felt that the service was a bit slow, especially since we were the only customers at the time, and I had to wait a while to get my water refilled.
It seems there's been new management, and unfortunately, the food and pricing no longer meet expectations. I found it disappointing overall. I'll be seeking other options from now on.
This restaurant used to be my boyfriend's and my favorite spot, but ever since the ownership changed, the food has become excessively spicy. I've had bibimbap many times, but I've never encountered it so spicy that it had me sweating. I even asked the waitress if we could adjust the meals, but she told me they prepare the food to their own taste, not for the customers. We won’t be returning.
