Description
At this KFC location, diners express growing frustration with the drive-thru only policy, which they feel leads to long waits and subpar food quality. Patrons are disheartened to find the food often arrives cold and greasy, and orders frequently come incomplete. While some appreciate quick and friendly service, others note a lack of teamwork among staff, raising concerns about management and staffing issues. Despite the convenience of drive-thru, many customers lament the inability to enjoy their meals fresh and hot indoors, prompting them to seek alternatives nearby. A call for change in operational practices resonates among the dissatisfied clientele.

Went to the drive thru and ordered. When we got to the window we had to wait at least 30 minutes at the window. One girl had a straw hanging out of her mouth she was chewing on the whole time and just leaning against the wall. Not helping at all! Thegirl who was taking orders had zero personality and was just standing there the entire time as well. Neither one of the girlswere helping bag food or anything. The guy who was doing all the work was bagging the orders and cooking and doing it all byhimself. We saw him ask the 2 girls for their help but nope they stood there and didn?t help. I finally got my order and Ichecked it before driving away. I didn?t get my complete order. I sat at the window for 5 minutes and the girl didn?t even lookat the window to help me. I honked and let them know I was missing some of my order. The guy came over and asked what I wasmissing and he got it and then gave it to me. Got home to see we were missing the cookies and the food was cold and not fresh atall! I can see waiting for fresh food but what we got was not fresh! The guy deserves a break and some new help! So sad!
Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this location. Their management needs to get off their butts and hire more people, because the staff working there clearly is not motivated to go faster than a snails pace. Past two times I've gone I've waited in the drivethru for over 30 minutes. Instead of taking orders and having whoever is working in the kitchen making the orders, they do oneorder at a time and do not even take the next order until the previous order is completely done in the drive thru. I've neverseen that before. I also heard the car in front of me tried to order a 8 piece bucket meal, but they were told it would be a 30minute wait...at 6pm. Your name is KFC, the C is for Chicken...how do you not have chicken during dinner rush? It's clearlythe managers fault this location is a disaster, if this place is corporate owned they should step in and clean house. Trust me,spend the extra 10 minutes driving down to the 90th street location, they are an actually functioning restaurant.
Got takeout, chicken was not fresh at all and very very greasy. Not worth the prices. Delicious slaw???????????? Taters and Gravy good. Better if you dine in I sure do miss Churches Chicken ????
I called this KFC location to confirm if they were open and their closing time on the Fourth of July. I was told they would be open until 9 pm. I arrived at 7 pm and asked for a 16-piece meal, only to be laughed at and told they only had 7 pieces left and wouldn't be making any more. While I understand they were working on a holiday, it would have been courteous to inform me beforehand that they were running low on food.
This KFC location has been dealing with staffing shortages for several months. The dining area often closes early, and there are rumors that the Long John Silver's side might shut down completely. The employees present are clearly trying their best, but service tends to be slow, and many items from the menu are frequently unavailable.
