It’s that time of year—August has arrived, and there’s no such thing as too early for a Pumpkin Spiced Iced Latte! The Strawberry Frosted Donut was the ideal blend of sweetness as well. The staff was friendly, the selection impressive, and the store was impeccably clean. So go ahead, grab that big D handle and get ready for something amazing! ?????????? On top of that, both coffees I ordered were made incorrectly. The drive-thru employee didn't say a word to us, and we ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes, despite being the only customers in line. After filling out a survey that came with my receipt, I received an email from corporate saying that the franchise owner would get in touch with me within two business days, but I never heard back from them.

Assuming there was an issue with the speaker, I drove to the window. A staff member saw me but then just walked away, leaving me feeling confused. After waiting several minutes, another employee finally came to deliver our order, but they completely messed up the drinks. In the end, the time spent driving around to get it corrected just wasn't worth it.

I requested a fresh batch, but after a few minutes, they just returned the same greasy ones to me. I usually enjoy Dunkin' Donuts, but this location really didn't live up to my expectations. What a letdown!
