I 've gone here another time and it was fine but last night was terrible. I addressed my issues like our drink which we ordered a double was pretty much like 90%watered down, the wings I got were supposed to be teriyaki but thesewere super spicy I couldn 't even eat them (and I 've had these before at DJs and the sliders we got were just as bad it had 2different breads and the patty looked old. I told my waitress about my wings and drinks and she pretty much just shrugged hershoulders , didn 't offer another drink or even another choice of wings as I could barely even eat them. And when I left her tipshe came up to our table and said rudely is this mine I wasn 't wanting a full refund but atleast a redemption on all theissues we had. For this being a location downtown next to alot of great restaurants and other sports bar and how close it is tothe CHI center you would think the service would just be phenomenal, I 've been in the service industry and I just could neverprovide a service like this especially for the location of the establishment.

Lots of orders took a long time and then were being sent out by someone other than the server so they were going to wrong tables. Also I wish they had more localbeer selections. Like my favorite local kush from keg creek brewery.

The young lady who was working the bar came off to me like she didn't want to be bothered with me. She seemed to me as if she was irritated. She was not friendly towards me at all and I thinkI was the only person she was serving. I felt totally unwelcomed and unwanted by that particular lady working the bar. I shouldhave got her name but now that is a mute point. I hope the next time I go to that location, that the young lady who waited on metoday , I hope she is not there. I understand people have bad days and are not happy and friendly 100% of the time. Whatever thecase may be, I hope I never have to deal with her again.

She handled it as well as she could. It?s a Saturday and football is on? Of course service is not going to be quick.Really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back! :

While the rest of the food was good, I ordered a medium-rare steak and received something that was more like leather—I could have made boots with it!
