Prior to our visit, I downloaded the app and gathered random cards from the junk drawer and added them tosee how many accumulated tickets we had. Also if you have multiple cards, they can combine them for you.

We love it because the staff Interacts with everyone creating a good environment for the people who come to sing and watch others sing. Sometimes even the staff will jump in for a song! Dave and Busters in Omaha hassome singing talent! The Manager Jeff is awesome and encourages my daughter to sing. Very thankful to spend Tuesday nightshere with our family. We wish Jeff could sing more! The food is pretty good too?

I did experience a few games that consumed my credits, but the employees seem quite overwhelmed, so I'm hesitant to request a refund. Nevertheless, they always have smiles on their faces, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars for a fun evening! We only come on half-price days, as the regular prices are quite steep, and I’m disappointed that the late-night food deals don’t accept my survey coupon, leaving me unable to use it.

Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I noticed at least five machines that were out of order, and I didn't even check all of them. We also faced a difficulty when trying to get a glass of water at the bar. The host directed us there, but both bartenders completely ignored us for nearly ten minutes without even a greeting. They passed by us multiple times without acknowledging our presence, and it was frustrating to see people who arrived after us being served first, suggesting they weren't actually busy. Eventually, I had to ask another staff member for help, and they brought over a manager to apologize. This treatment was completely unacceptable. Both bartenders were unreasonably rude to us, and we hadn't done anything to deserve such behavior.

Our $20 in points lasted quite a while, thanks to the wide range of high-quality games offered. However, I did experience a problem where some games charged my card multiple times when I used the tap payment method. I highly recommend opting for card insertion instead.
