The food was delicious and unique, and the prices were reasonable! I took my family, who were visiting from out of town, and they all loved it as well. You really can't go wrong with any of their fries. They also have plenty of vegetarian options! View all feedback.

I have the sloppy Nick-Good size, but not on the jalapeno cornbread or with cheeze as the menu said. the dragon wrap portion size was very small for $8.50 and had 3 pommes and 3 small pieces tempeh. the poutine fries were small and were without a cheeze. the elote fries were a greater part, but had no cheese on them. it was a weekend, so unnecessary to say that I am disappointed. updated by the previous review on 202... Came for dinner on a Saturday night and despite the line to order, we got through quickly and food came out quick as well. Between the two of us we ordered the 3 happiness burger, bacon and brie sandwich, and dragon fries. I would definitely orderthem all again and come back next time we are in town!
Such great food! We split the bacon brielt and then each got an order of crab rangoon fries. Would highly recommend both of these options. It?s a smallish restaurant, we did have a little bit of a wait to order, but the food came out in a timelymanner. They do have a couple outdoor tables available for nicer days. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
This is my wife and my first time at Block 16 since we have moved to Omaha. We are definitely impressed with the menu and the flavor combinations this restaurant has created! I ordered the Brooke?s Chickwich, my wife ordered the Bacon and Brie, and we shared an order of Dirty Fries! Definitely not disappointed and neither will you!
The food at Block 16 is fantastic! We shared the bacon brielt and each ordered crab rangoon fries, both of which I highly recommend. The restaurant is on the smaller side, so we experienced a short wait to place our order, but the food arrived quickly afterward. There are a few outdoor tables for pleasant weather. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
This place is truly exceptional. The food is top-notch and reasonably priced. The flavors were incredible. The woman who took our order was very friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend giving Block 16 a try.

I visited during lunchtime, and although it was quite busy, my food was served in about 15 minutes, which was impressive. I ordered the blackened elk burger topped with brie and asparagus slaw, accompanied by an aioli. This was the daily special, and despite usually not being a fan of aioli, the flavors came together wonderfully in this dish.

I can't express how much I adore Block 16! In fact, I enjoyed lunch there on two consecutive days during a business trip. If you're not paying attention and the line isn't spilling out of the entrance, you might walk right past it—don't let that happen! Step inside to discover a quirky, laid-back, hippy vibe. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Speaking of the menu, it’s filled with intriguing descriptions; even after reading about each dish, I still wasn't entirely clear on what to expect. But it didn't matter—both of my meals were exceptional! On Day 1, I had a Lamb Sausage sandwich with candied cucumbers and tomatoes that blew me away. I didn't think they could top that, but then on Day 2, I had the Bacon Egg Lettuce Fries and Tomato sandwich, which was equally incredible. Just a heads up: Block 16 draws quite a crowd, so make sure you have enough time to wait. But trust me, every minute in line is worth it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLOCK 16!!!
We were truly impressed with the service, pricing, Farm-to-Table approach, and the overall layout of the restaurant. Coming from Seattle, the presence of a few more cyclists would have made me feel right at home at a Farm-to-Table establishment. It was a delightful surprise to have that familiar feeling! We will definitely be returning.

I can't fully express how incredible this visit was. It was truly amazing and delicious—just absolutely yummy! I was in Omaha visiting a friend, and we were searching for a unique lunch spot when her daughter recommended this place. I tried The Jeffery along with seasoned fries, and wow, it was so tender and bursting with flavor. Choosing what to order was quite a challenge!

Wonderfully hip little joint with lots of sandwiches that can be made into a vegan version. Couldn’t decide...sloppy nick, poutine burrito, block burger...I went with dragon wrap with seitan and dragon fries! Hell. YEAH.
They were once a fantastic place to take our vegan family, but have gone downhill. no more vegan speciality. the last two times we ate there was terrible. they are in any case to all the flesh the whole time quantity now
We love making the drive from Lincoln to Omaha just for Block 16’s vegan Block burger with peanut butter and barbecue sauce (you have to specify that you want the peanut butter version of the vegan block burger) and the vegan dragon fries. We’re always surprised at how small the bill is—the burger is only about $6. Vegan options are denoted with a green leaf icon on the menu. My only critique is that their website is not very user-friendly. Prices are not listed on their online menu. There is a “we are open” icon displayed during open hours, and we made the drive on the 4th of July only to find that they were closed, despite their website stating that they were open. There’s an “order online” tab, but when clicked, it says “online ordering coming soon”. It’s been that way for months. You still need to call the restaurant to place an advance order.

Guy who took our order was short with is and clearly annoyed we asked any questions about the vegan menu (which is incorporated to the main menu on the board and and hard to navigate). I got the house salad. It was boring and something I could have made at home, with the lights off. The Setain was burnt. My man ordered the peanut butter burger and liked it but liked the fries better. All in all, this place would be ok if it was the only place in town. However, it's not and we won't be back.
