Applebee's - Omaha

About five minutes past my scheduled pickup time, Cassie came to me with some bad news: the cook had forgotten to prepare the chicken for my Chicken Parmesan. She sincerely apologized multiple times and even offered me a complimentary dessert as compensation. Throughout the wait, she kept me updated on the status of my order and continued to apologize for the delay. In the end, I received my order about 15 to 20 minutes late. However, I was pleased with my appetizer—it was delicious— and the chicken in the main course was also great. The pasta, unfortunately, was a bit dry and could have used more sauce. On the bright side, the dessert was fantastic. Overall, the wonderful appetizer, excellent dessert, and Cassie's attentive service truly made this dining experience enjoyable for me.

Fantastic food, excellent staff, reasonable prices, and a lovely atmosphere! I've visited several Applebee's both locally and in other cities, and this one stands out as the best. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the ambiance is cozy. It's my favorite spot for a late-night snack. If you're a traditional wing lover who prefers them without sauce, their naked wings are delicious! Plus, after 10 PM, you can get those and other great appetizers at happy hour prices. It’s always a win!

We decided to stop by for some late-night appetizers and drinks. My date ordered the chicken wonton tacos and boneless wings. There weren't many meatless options available, which is why I’m giving it a four-star rating instead of five. However, they did let me substitute the steak in the steak quesadilla with grilled mushrooms and onions, which I appreciated. I also ordered the spinach artichoke dip. For drinks, we enjoyed the $3.99 Bahama Mama and Long Island iced tea, both of which were excellent. Later, we tried the $2 Absolute Lemon drinks. We ended up closing the place, and the staff was very accommodating, not rushing us out at all.

Great customer service and fantastic food. Everything was cooked to perfection and they made sure to meat all my gestational diabetic needs. Very clean building too. Staff was nice and the music playing was casual and appropriate. Bathrooms are nice too. Can't wait to go back and enjoy more of their food.

Went here on Sunday for lunch. Amy was a great server and recommended the Bahama Momma, boy was was she correct when she said delicious! I would recommend to all my peers ! For dessert we had the brownie and it was just as perfect. Will def be back soon.
