Located on the 4th level, Bldg. A, SM Megamall, is Japan's No. 1 Tempura Tendon. Was in the mall to accompany my sib and I didn't realize that it was almost dinner time. I wanted to eat ramen and the first restaurant I saw was Tenya. The place was not full so I went in. I had the Tempura Ramen. It was served hot. The ramen noodles were cooked well nicely and the soup tasted real good. The tempura were still crunchy.... View all feedback.
What Grace doesn't like about Tenya:

When the tray landed, a cockroach came out. The waitress is just dead malicious. We had to move tables because the cockroach was going back and forth. After you wait, the ramen soup is cold. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I was served spoiled food. The smell was obviously bad but the staff insisted that the food was okay to eat. They couldn't give a refund because the manager was not there. They made us come back later in the afternoon to get the refund. When we came back, they still did not want to refund and tried to give us the same food. Haven't tried everything, but the noodles of my ramen are sticking together like glutinous rice. Plus the broth is bland, not the kind of ramen I will slurp on.
