Contribute FeedbackPho Lynn in Olympia emerges as a notable destination for Vietnamese cuisine, offering a diverse menu that includes vegan pho options and traditional dishes. While some patrons found the pho's flavor lacking compared to authentic standards, others praised the vegan broth and family-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant's commitment to service shines through, with friendly staff and clean surroundings, enhancing the dining experience. Although menu prices have increased since 2021 and some orders faced mishaps, many visitors appreciated the variety and quality of food, making Pho Lynn a strong contender for those craving Vietnamese flavors in the area.
We ate at Pho Lynn recently. I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein. There was 5 SUPER SMALL pieces of Shrimp in my whole order of Chow Mein and the noodles were pretty salty. The dish was over $15. Not worth the money. Noodles are super cheap and the least they could do is add ample Shrimp to make it worth your money. My Husbands Noodle Salad had much larger pieces of Shrimp in it and his dish cost less than my dish. Wont be going back to this restaurant again. The food is just not worth the price they are charging for it.
We absolutely love dining at this restaurant! The atmosphere is clean and professional, the staff is friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. We are always impressed by the kindness and politeness of the staff. This is our first time getting takeout from here and we are very excited. The drive from Shelton is definitely worth it!
During our travels in the Pacific Northwest, we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. We definitely plan on returning in the future.
I tried the vegan vegetable pho and it was delicious! The banh mi was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my mom enjoyed it. This restaurant has some of the best vegan broth in Olympia, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The staff was friendly and seated us by the window. The fish tank was a cool touch and overall it was a nice family-friendly atmosphere.
The menu prices are outdated on their website and on the Google pictures. Since 2021, almost everything on the menu has gone up by at least $2. A Large Combination Pho now cost $13.99 instead of $11.69. We ordered a Large Combination Pho, a Jackfruit smoothie, and intended to order a Large Bun Bo Hue. When the waiter took our order, we decided to give him the item numbers instead of the name of the items because we thought that would make the process easier due to a language barrier. The waiter also didn't verify our orders, and unfortunately that was a big mistake. Instead of bringing us a 27D Bun Bo Hue, the waiter brought out a 27B Beef Stew. We understand the B and D sound alike so we decided to just let it go.The pho was average. The broth tasted like lots of MSG, and there were not any hints of pho spices (anise, cloves, etc). The meat level was poor; there was maybe half a meatball in the bowl, and only one tiny bit of tendon. The beef stew was beefy, but lacked other spice flavors. The Jackfruit smoothie was the worst of the meal; it was intensely sweet and tasted of powder milk instead of real milk.Overall we will NOT go back. This is our second time there; the first time was when it was Pho Hoa, which was also forgettable. The amount of rice noodle in the soups are small, even for the Large orders. Paying Seattle prices for mediocre service and a bowl of pho in Olympia is definitely not worth it.
