There's plenty... read more This place gets really crowded during lunchtime. I had to wait 15 minutes for a burger, which was pretty standard—nothing extraordinary about it. There's plenty of seating available. Just be sure to stand in the right line; one is for grilled items and the other is for salads and sandwiches. You can also order your custom coffee next to the register. The prices are reasonable. Enjoy your visit!

Once the food arrived, we checked the bag to make sure everything was th... read more This was our first time trying this place and our first time ordering through Ubereats. Once the food arrived, we checked the bag to make sure everything was there but before we could tell him the soup was missing he had already left. No big deal. We'll just call bobby jayz and get our soup or a refund because we paid for it. So we then call them and let them know politely, because again, it was no big deal, that they forgot the soup. Now, it came with all the soup stuff like a spoon, crackers and even the sandwich on the side, but the guy proceeded to say that “it didn’t come up on his end.” He then fixes it and hangs up. Umm ok... If it didn’t come up on there end, we would’t have gotten the half sandwich and the soup stuff which comes with the soup of the day. So the lie detector test determined that was a lie. Just say you forgot. Then one of our chicken burgers was burnt so we politely called about that and the guy gave us serious attitude and hung up in our faces. How is it that this is okay? We didn’t make the food, we didn’t mess up the order, we didn’t forget... BOBBY JAYZ did! So the customer resolve here disgusting. My sister doesn’t want to eat the soup because she fears they may have spit in it and she needs it because she is extremely sick. They just threw the soup in. It’s all over the cup. Inconsiderate jerks. Never eating here again! Will be posting on every review site!
