Quick friendly service. Very informative of prices and sizing available. Ordered a Marionberry Mocha Monster (hands down will swear off Starbucks for the rest of my life to be able to have this drink every morning! a Mythical Mocha which was so creamy and smooth! Our son got a strawberry lemonade which immediately the aroma filled our car. Not too tangy and sour. Overall perfection. View all feedback.

The drinks at this restaurant are good, but sometimes they make mistakes. We are regulars at this coffee shop and some of the baristas recognize us and remember our usual order, which is great. However, there are times when newer employees may get our orders wrong. This morning, I ordered a hot drink but received it iced. This mistake happens every few visits. View all feedback.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the coffee was large. Even though my first coffee was not up to par, they apologized and explained they were still training. Now, whenever I visit, they remember my order (the abominable sasquatch bigfoot white chocolate) and we always have friendly conversations.
My friend stopped by this restaurant on his way to work in the morning and ordered a 24oz hot coffee with cream and sugar, along with 6 dishes. The total came to $10 for just a coffee. I asked him if he had confirmed with the barista that he was charged correctly and not overcharged, or given the wrong order. He said she told him the price was due to inflation and that he was indeed charged correctly. I have been working in the coffee industry for 10 years and ironically, Bigfoot Java was my first job. However, I can confidently say we will not be returning to this restaurant. Additionally, the morning barista here is rude and appears as if she does not want to be there, making us customers feel like a burden when we approach the counter.
Elizabeth was very welcoming and pleasant! I had a great conversation with her while she prepared our drinks. I will definitely be returning soon.
I was so disappointed when delta grind sold her load to bigfoot! I decided to try it anyway. my first and only experience with this coffee shop was not good. I didn't pull in the shop window with any other customer. the girl working inside was cowardly. She saw how I was raised, made eye contact and repeatedly coerced. not a big thing when someone who worked in the service industry, I was always taught to welcome at least their customers and let them know that they will be in a short distance with them. that didn't happen. in the did, I waited 3 or 4 minutes, then a car moved to the other side. the girl worked finished, fetched and greeted the other customers and served them without knowing that I was there. that's just a bad customer service. I finally tried her coffee because my wife had stopped and gave me something for me later. the dishes were loose and tasty. I live very close to bigfoot and will be happy about her and all the way to coffee bean every day about giving bigfoot each of my money
I was very offended yesterday when the barista named rayven asked me if there was any other coffee stands open that I could go to. Why would you work in customer service if you can’t be kind to your customers? Not the right job for this little girl. On top of the comment, the other co-worker there with her wasn’t very friendly herself and seemed very irritated. I was going to take my business elsewhere following that comment but I decided I’ll go again today to try. I’m glad I did go back because not all of the baristas at this stand are rude. The girls who worked today were so kind and asked me questions about my Christmas and carried on a lovely conversation. They were very busy but still took the time with each side to be kind and thoughtful.

Took me 32 mins in line to get one coffee when I had 2 cars in front of me. Can we bring the old girls back? They were actually nice and so fast!

The baristas at this restaurant are always friendly and polite! They always make my drinks exactly how I like them.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the overall quality of the drinks was decent. I was intrigued by the Marionberry mocha on the menu and ordered it as a chai drink. Although it tasted good, I was disappointed when they informed me that they didn't actually have Marionberry and suggested to just order it as a chai with blackberry syrup instead. It was a little disappointing to see a drink named after a specific ingredient that they didn't have. Despite this, the drink was still great. It's worth mentioning that they only accept card payments due to previous theft incidents at their location.
