based on the rating of 04.08.2018 by melinatorres we have visited this restaurant. we had to find out that there is for vegetarians and nothing for vegans. we didn't have to do this, consisting of an salad and a few pommes, which were also very tasty. vegan is a strange word here. either there is a nine operator since 04.08,2018 or melinatorres is in another. this restaurant should not start vegan. Starting from the base that finding a vegetarian restaurant in the caulk saw is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Finding this small and cozy hotel with vegan and vegetarian options was like finding an oasis in a desert. the same director of the hotel is vegetarian and his recommendation of typical dish like “stick soups” ,tagarnins (seasonal) and stuffed eggplants were quite a success.

All the dishes are prepared by the chef, using specific utensils for its elaboration that isolates it from the products where meat, fish and any animal products are used. They have Vegan Burger, Falafel, Garlic Pasta, Spanish Vegan Omelet, Sopas Pegas typical from Olvera, or Salad. Actually you do not need previous reservation.
