In the middle of a caulk saw where it is difficult to find vegan food this hotel has a part of the menu with this type of food. the burger and the very good falafel. have vegan cocon dessert flan.
Starting from the base that finding a vegetarian restaurant in the caulk saw is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Finding this small and cozy hotel with vegan and vegetarian options was like finding an oasis in a desert. the same director of the hotel is vegetarian and his recommendation of typical dish like “stick soups” ,tagarnins (seasonal) and stuffed eggplants were quite a success.

Gastronomic restaurant with typical cuisine of the Sierra de Cadiz that presents a small menu for vegans. All the dishes are prepared by the chef, using specific utensils for its elaboration that isolates it from the products where meat, fish and any animal products are used. They have Vegan Burger, Falafel, Garlic Pasta, Spanish Vegan Omelet, Sopas Pegas typical from Olvera, or Salad. Actually you do not need previous reservation.
