She shouted that she had arrived first... read more Suddenly, a woman burst into the restaurant, yelling at the server. My boyfriend and I were taken aback by her outburst. She shouted that she had arrived first and questioned why we were being served before her, throwing a fit that could only be described as childish. Despite her rude behavior, Jay remained courteous, apologizing and explaining that he hadn't seen her in the drive-thru line. The woman demanded the store number so she could call the manager and file a complaint, insisting that Jay had indeed seen her and that we shouldn't have been served first. I felt really sorry for Jay and was appalled by the woman's behavior. I even tried to reason with her, explaining that he had just come from the back and might not have noticed her, but she continued to yell at him. I genuinely hope Jay doesn't face any backlash if she decides to call tomorrow, and I truly wish this woman could learn some basic manners.

The food was served promptly and was fresh, although they had run out of bread by the time we placed our order. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back!
