I had not only dizzyed and crawled, I had headaches and fever for a day after eating.
We went here because this is where Peru treks sent us after our inca trail hike. We were sent upstairs which wasn't all that bad until the train came through the town! It's so close to the tracks that I could of reached out and...touched it. Gave me a headache so ended up leaving after my meal. The meal was a pizza which wasn't all the bad and I ordered a beer which was good and cold! I did find them on the pricey side. Overall I wish I would of just ate at another location because with all the different restaurants in the town I found this one to be below par. One advantage was a nice toilet with a shower. After the inca trail this is important lol
Many selection from the menu and cheap for the location. I had the Alpaca meat that was interesting with the cheese factory and the presentation is awesone. don't try the pissco mad! lemonaide was delicious!
Our tour group met us here on the afternoon of our conclusion of the inca trail. we sat upstairs and had the place for us. eating was not super cheap and ranged from 35-50 sol per person and drinks were at least 20 sol...every it was pretty good. most people ordered pizza, but we had pollen saltado and pasta a side of French fries, beer and a pisco sour. all were good. I'm not sure we'd go back because the prices were inflated, but eating was pretty good.
Our Inca Trail Trek group met here after exploring Machu Picchu. I loved my pizza, beer and well deserved Pisco Sour. Although it wasn't the prettiest restaurant I've ever been to, I would recommend trying the pizza. Also it offered free wifi which was great...for getting in touch with friends and family back home so I could tell them I was still alive and survived the 4 day hike.
