Indio Feliz Restaurant Bistro

The decor is a retro-kitschy mix of Swiss chalet / English pub with French accents. many to see what was good, because eating was decidedly uninspired. presentation and menu reminded of a 70s berni inn why have one or two items on...the plate when they have 7 and make them in pattern. overripe melon starter was balled and immersed in alcohol, then decorated with wings of different fruits. tagliatelle was supplemented with a stack of simple pasta on a plate and a selection of objects (mushrooms, brewed tomato, olive oil etc.) on another. the flesh of my companion was much better. service was not bad, but also not great. on aguas calientes there are not many possibilities, which is why this place is high. at other locations it would be unlikely to stay so long.

We ate here after our trip to Machu Picchu. The Limonada with herbs was really refreshing and huge! Skewered alpaca with veggies and sweet sauce was really tasty and moist. I especially liked the heart shaped crème caramel for desert. Other then Inkaterra this was...the only place we ate in Aguascalientes but I was really impressed.

Restaurante muito interessante e acolhedor. Fina estetica no ambiente, incluindo musica. A gastronomia, sem comentarios..!
