If the pear poached with the blackcurrant was difficult to eat for some with a simple spoon, they were brought with a knife and fork) mine was cooked a point, the veal roast, braised endives and mushrooms. Many people on the terrace but the servers remain pleasant even if the service must be quick and organized.
