What an absolutely horrendous attempt at filling an order. Our order had 12 items, including a drink. Ordered and paid through the app and picked it up curbside. The order was brought out by a couple of girls and they didn't bring out the drink. After we asked about it, they promptly returned inside the store and brought it back out. What an absolutely horrendous attempt at filling an order. Our order had 12 items, including a drink. Ordered and paid through the app and picked it up curbside. The order was brought out by a couple of girls and they didn't bring out the drink. After we asked about it, they promptly returned inside the store and brought it back out. After getting home, we realized that the order was missing a big mac and a cheeseburger. Upon inspection of the other big mac, that we did receive, it was missing a beef patty. Nothing like a thin patty of meat and three slices of bread!
It was Sunday morning and I got in the drive-thru line at 10:24. The line was extremely slow so by the time I got to the speaker the menu switched over to lunch. It was 10:30 exactly when I placed my order. The lady taking my order came back on the speaker and said it's lunch. They refused to give me breakfast.

I am not sure that if you went on a personal quest to find the worst possible McDonald’s in the entire world, that you would find a worse place than the McDonald’s on Hack’s Cross in olive branch, ms. The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Worse than AT&T and Comcast combined. If I could give negative stars I would.
My chicken nuggets was cold and hard. Fries was old and full of grease. Coke was
