Surprisingly good!. There is a new Abbay in Southaven by Goodman Rd. After a friend had recommended it, I decided to try it yesterday, and I must say it was pretty good. I had no idea what an Abbays W2as was. After turning around at the end of the street, I found myself out for lunch and stumbled upon this spot. I decided to give it a try, and the food was excellent. My only complaint is that it was served in a polystyrene box.
Unexpectedly great! There's a new Abbay in Southaven on Goodman Rd. After a friend's recommendation, I decided to give it a try yesterday, and I was quite impressed. I ordered the chicken and dumplings, turnip greens, and green beans, and everything was delicious. I'm quite particular about my greens and dislike having too much stalk, but they were prepared perfectly. Everything tasted fresh, and the sweet cornbread was delightful. Plus, my to-go order was ready in just a few minutes. I will definitely be returning!
Soul Food Fast is all about quick and comforting Southern cuisine. They offer homemade-style meals served on plastic plates with plastic forks, providing a no-frills dining experience. The service is fast, making it a great option for those craving soul food on the go.
Abbays is great, but since we moved and theres not any around us we have to drive 45 mins or so, but well worth the drive.
Southern fast food. Interesting concept. And when they say fast food, they mean it. Food was ready before put my wallet back on my pocket. Meatloaf and 3 with an Iced tea for less than $10. And everything tastes great.
