Two ladies were working behind the counter. The younger one needs some training in customer service, as she didn't offer any assistance while others were helping another customer. After taking the gum out of her mouth to swallow a pill, she then put the gum back in before handling my food. On a positive note, the pizza was good, though it could have been cooked a bit more. It use to be really good pizza but has went downhill recently

I wish I could give this place zero stars. eating is rough and the only reason why someone still goes there is because they are too lazy to find another place.
I've been enjoying this pizza since the 1970s, and every bite still tastes just as amazing as the very first time! If you're a fan of thin crust, this is definitely the best spot. It's been locally operated for years, and their crust is expertly made. Another favorite of mine is the fresh orange line they offer—simply delicious! If you haven't tried Renna yet, you definitely should!
Every time I'm in Olean, I stop by the mall and go to rennas pizzeria. I love the pizza, and for $7 you can get two pepperoni slices and a small pepsi. This is cheaper today than McDonald's food. I recommend Renna for your quick afternoon stop or for your dinner. Not only do they have other things to eat next to pizza, the staff is also very polite..
