Awesome job you guys. Lunch today was amazing. Always hot and fresh. Generous portions and sweet as can be every time I call in to order. One of our Olean gems for sure. Gooey, savory and perfectly toasted Rueben. Hot crispy seasoned fries and onion rings. Huge loaded breakfast burrito at almost noon might I add even not getting a burger this time, they never disappoint! View all feedback.
What Princess Conroy doesn't like about Jak's Burger Shak:
The quality of the food was terrible all frozen processed burger patties not even a real burger!!! The only positive part of my experience was the waitress she was very nice anf polite even tho she was just a stand in that was helping out View all feedback.
Excellent! There's nothing better than combining breakfast with a good beer.
The cleanliness of the space leaves much to be desired, and the dining experience was disappointing. I won't be returning.
The restaurant is quite overpriced, and I wouldn't recommend it for pets.

Good food good prices and nice people. I'd go again.
