There was an older l... read more The bagels were very good but the customer service was not. We were standing there for at least five minutes before anyone walked up to us. There was an older lady who just kept looking at us and not walk up to us and ask us to take our order. Then we ordered a half a dozen bagels and I was told there was no everything bagels even though I could see inside the container that said everything that there was one. She then said well too bad you came too late because it was around 1 o’clock. I heard her about 20 seconds before that take a phone order to use that last everything bagel. So if we were waited On when we should’ve been I would’ve got that everything bagel. Don’t get me wrong the bagels are very good but just need a little help on the Customer Service side.

M... read more I am thrilled to have an amazing bagel shop in Olean, NY. Their bagels are truly some of the best I've ever had in my life, and I've been around for 53 years! My favorite is the Manhattan sandwich on a pretzel bagel—it's the only place in town and the surrounding area where you can find a sandwich with lox, capers, red onion, fresh dill, black garlic dill cream cheese, and tomato. The staff is also very friendly!
