We attended a wedding here and thoroughly enjoyed the whole night. Granted we had great company but the venue was responsible for making sure the night ran smoothly. They provided the food, which was all nice and hot. Quite a feat when trying to dish...up large numbers of meals in a short time. The bar is pretty well stocked and reasonably priced. In the afternoon there was a mini bar serving cocktail pitchers outsid... View all feedback.

Came here for a family birthday meal and it was average. The food was ok and the pub itself was nice and clean. The staff seemed friendly and the prices were reasonable. View all feedback.
We booked the function room for a family event and I highly recommend it. The staff were excellent, the decorations were fabulous, but the food was absolutely amazing and the presentation exceeded our expectations. Top marks, thank you! The only minor suggestion is that it was very hot, so they need air conditioning or to open the windows.
Really poor service today at the street bridge.... went out as a group for Father’s Day people) all ordered food and drinks..... the food was disgusting I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.... the stacker adults burger which included jalapeños some cheese (that looked...like rubber and was hard) and two patties of meat which didn’t taste like any meat was dry, I carnt Even find the right words to describe the taste of it, it comes to something when my two year old son wouldn’t even eat it). Even the bacon that came on the burger didn’t taste like bacon it was see through and greasy. When the male member of staff came over to move our plates, one of the burgers had been bitten into, we asked for a refund on the burger meals as we was not happy, he went over to a lady behind the bar to see if we could have a refund..... she then sent another member of staff over who was quiet rude to me and my friend and asked why Out the burgers hadn’t been touched. We tried to explain that we had tasted the one burger... and was all totally put off by the taste. No doubt it my mind you could get a better burger cooked by my year old child with a burger from the local cornet shop freezer. The young man was rude and abrupt “I’m not being funny or anything “.... was his words and then to come up with a silly excuse of two of the burgers hadn’t been touched.... believe me one taste of a burger was enough to put anyone off... but to stand there and try and tell us we are wrong is bad customer service. So did we have to bite all the burgers to tell you they was disgusting. After a minuet discussion between the manager and the lad with the stinking attitude problem they decided not to refund out of meals.... bad customer service rude staff and certainly will never be returning to this pub for food. I will sure be telling friends and family about my experience.... the food was probably nicer when they had the or star food safety rating... Inhope people fine this useful and avoid this place by all cost!
Popped in for Lunch today, lovely batter fish or should i say whale!!! chips and mushy peas Enjoyable and Healthy Portions
Chicken was still pink (though it was claimed it was the marinade after a printing)and subsequently sent back. When it came back I didn’t want to bother them with ordering something else to I put up with the bits I could tolerate I was...starving after a long morning after a funeral. My boyfriend’s stepdad had to send his beef burger back it was cold. Spoilt our enjoyment and what I could eat was underwhelming. Chips were salty and tomatoes lacked taste in the salad. They can’t seem to cope with big orders. I was really hungry hours later only good thing about the pub are the drinks and offers on drinks but the food leaves a lot to be improved regarding quality. The menu is fantastic for choice but you expect food to be piping hot or the meat at least cooked to hygiene standards. Sorry!
If anyone thought the Dog and Partridge food was bad, you haven’t been to the Streetbridge...what a tragedy
