I order the club sandw... read more I am pretty sure I single-handedly keep this restaurant in business. If any employee is reading this, you probably already know who I am. I order the club sandwich with truffle fries almost every day, always through Uber Eats, right at 8:20 sharp. I admit, I have only dined in at the restaurant twice, as my level of fame makes me a bit shy and I prefer to keep my identity hidden. However, I absolutely love the club sandwich - it's my ultimate comfort food. Every time I have been in, the staff has been amazing. I appreciate the occasional free crispy creme dessert. Thank you for being my favorite restaurant <3.

My husband and I ordered two soups and two cold sandwiches to-go, only to be told after we paid that there would be a 45-minute wait. We didn't have that much time to spare, so we asked to cancel our order and get a refund. Unfortunately, the staff didn't know how to process a refund for a debit card payment, and after some confusion, a manager eventually said they would prioritize our order. However, we were asked to pay again, which we refused to do as the money had already been taken from our account. The manager, who had short blonde hair, displayed terrible customer service and attitude throughout the entire ordeal. In the end, we left the restaurant without any food and out of pocket. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with my bank to ensure the payment was voided. I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well.

The poached egg was perfectly cooked and still soft even after deli... read more I ordered breakfast this morning for delivery, including the full Monty and a Spam sandwich. The poached egg was perfectly cooked and still soft even after delivery. The cafe followed my special instructions for the breakfast and delivered it on time. The food arrived hot and was delicious. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!
