I frequently dine at this restaurant. I’m not overweight or lazy; I just often find myself too tired to cook for myself after taking care of my five kids late at night. Here, my children can eat more than at most other places we’ve tried. They offer free garlic bread with orders over £14 and free delivery for orders over £8. I have used this takeaway for quite a while now but the standards have gone. The food was really poor quality, and for the third time a bottle of drink was missing, when I called to complain and point out that they clearly said they sent it out, and that it's only one driver that misses it all they said was well if you don't like the service don't order from us. I ordered food from Pizza Plus last night and the delivery arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes later, almost cold. I had to reheat everything in the microwave. When I told the driver about this, their response was, "Do you want me to take it back?" I will not be ordering from here again.
They always seem to forget something from the order, overcharge for items not correctly priced on the menu, and even had sellotape inside my pitta bread.
This restaurant serves delicious pizza and kebabs, and the staff is very friendly. The food is high quality and great for takeout.
Donner meat was hard pizza was not cooked properly and chips was not sent. All good is in the bin £37 wasted
