Went in for a meal with mates last Tuesday. A waiter approached us. Very friendly and explain the menu. Even recommended mocktails that wasn't on the menu. Was... read more Went in for a meal with mates last Tuesday. A waiter approached us. Very friendly and explain the menu. Even recommended mocktails that wasn't on the menu. Was told of food may take 30 to 40 minutes but arrived much earlier. The waiter was very professional. By his interaction and experience looked like he has many years of experience. At the end he offered us coffee, tea but we were full after the meal. I was cheeky to ask his name Hassan if I remember correctly. If you're looking for customer service this waiter will look after you from start to finish. with mouth watering meals. Will definitely be back.

I recieved by the waiters, one in particular by the name of Lukman, he was cheery and very polite and made us all feel very welcome I would reccomend the restaurant and food.

Heard alot about this place so decided to take the family out seven of us in total waiter seated us and started setting the table randomly after seating us whic... read more Heard alot about this place so decided to take the family out seven of us in total waiter seated us and started setting the table randomly after seating us which I found very odd (see picture). Glasses arrived after the drinks?!? The restraunt was busy but seemed very understaffed. Starters arrived 2 at a time with 5-10min gaps inbetween. Food was average at best lacked flavour. The steak is only available in one choice (medium) waiters did not seem genuine at all like they were pulled off the street. Oh and they were sold out of coca cola aswell. Wont be going back I 'm afraid.

The food arrived at 6:15, expecting us to finish our food by 7. There was one waiter in particular who was very rude as he didn’t speak to us or make conversation when he was seating us, making faces which made us feel uncomfortable. I ordered a lamb steak it was nice however over cooked, which made it hard to chew, nearly choked a couple of times. Won’t be visiting again I’m afraid

Especially when going in a mixed group. Price range was good and decor and seating were fine. Very easy to park in the tram station and relatively brighter lit. The lamb can appear slightly more gamey in taste, but a good range of starters. dessert menu is always nicer when there is custard and the stuff were happy to oblige.
