Loose, great ambience, nice staff and... read more We stayed last night with our practice team at ProSecCo and had spent a wonderfully fun and extremely tasty evening there. Loose, great ambience, nice staff and super delicious food! We had ordered a mix of the appetizer menu and from the main menu everyone had another dish to test as much as possible. It was really all super delicious and freshly prepared. The dessert (veganes mousse au chocolat with orange note) was the hammer! Also recommended for people who are suspicious of vegan cuisine! Tastefully you won't miss anything! The smart and well-launched boss and at the same time chef could finally give us some anecdotes. Very nice!!!

The food was incredibly delicious and I as a vegan was totally overwhelmed with being able to choose a dish. Usually you're happy to find something at all.... The lentil salad was incredibly good, the pesti and the main dishes too. The team was great and Thorsten, the cook, gave us two half portions of mousse au chokolat and Tiramisu to try. You really have to try it! Thank you for the great evening! Prosecco is what Oldenburg has long lacquered: a vegan restaurant with good cuisine! It was definitely not the last time we were here! As an appetizer there were crispy cauliflower nuggets, as main food a very tasty BBQ burger with sweet potato pommes and truffle cream as well as spaghetti with truffle sauce (of which unfortunately no picture) and as a dessert homemade tiramisu. The dishes were all very delicious, well seasoned, homemade and freshly prepared. The service was very friendly, attentive and fast. The proSecCo can therefore be fully recommended! Great that there is finally a vegan restaurant in Oldenburg.

The cauliflower nuggets a... read more On the way back from the holiday, you will find a way to finally eat again in a purely vegan restaurant. We were welcomed very kindly. The cauliflower nuggets as an appetizer were really delicious. The glass noodle salad was okay. I missed the announced coriander. It was only found as a small leaf garnish. Really delicious were the red and green pesto we were served to taste. So we had quite high expectations for our main food! However, we were quite disappointed. The flame cake was partly not yet properly baked but abundantly covered with red peppers? Fortunately, my partner likes these. My pasta dish with mushroom ragout were spaghetti with 3-4 mushrooms and a few eggplants and Zuccini pieces. Extraordinary French for 15 euros. I could have cooked that around the corner of the camper. I was really angry! What a jerk! Unfortunately no one came to the table to ask if everything is desired. Very bad.
