The McPlant label was dente... read more On March 23rd, 2025 I ordered a 20 pack of McPlant nuggets to take away and checked in the store to see if they were the right ones. The McPlant label was dented from the outside, indicating that it was the correct order. At home it turned out that it was the Spicy Chicken Nuggets. So I had to go back (10 minute drive) and explained the problem. There was no apology or compensation, just issuing the correct order without comment. It's unacceptable that if you follow a diet (vegetarian or vegan) you have to look at every product before leaving the store!

At the exchange, the employee was totally cheeky and asked: What do you expect if you order so much Burgwn? I insisted on freshly made burgers and they were squashed again. The fries were inedible, as if they had been made the day before and were slightly warm. I have never experienced such bad food at McDonalds. Never again in this branch.
