We had a question, and we were told that the lady was not responsible for the area and that the person responsible is sick. Apparently she had to talk to her other two colleagues!!!! The sellers in the upper area were however very friendly. At checkout we were treated like small children. Really disappointing because it is a great furniture store!

Here, through a checkout, which obviously had no desire to support at all and only snippy comments about the sequence of steps when redeeming a birthday voucher with a self-scan checkout.
