Broken glass (presumably left behind by guests who occasionally walk out the door with their drinks) is not removed by the owner, but is left there in such a way that pedestrians, children and animals have to walk through them. But food (e.g. nuts) is also regularly found on the sidewalk. In addition, the weeds are growing happily there. A look into the backyard reveals the same picture: it's full of garbage. Why doesn't the owner ensure that the sidewalk stays clean and usable for everyone?
