The restarunt was busy, but the staff were v... read more Had a lovely meal in Caffreys Bar, Oldcastle on Saturday evening. Lovely atmosphere in the bar, with a great buzz . The restarunt was busy, but the staff were very on the ball and organised a table for me as soon as we arrived. I opted for the fish from their new menu which is only just brand new and updated. My friend went for the steak which she said was cooked just as she had asked for. As usual the food was excellent (have been here many times before). The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Really couldn 't recommend this place enough, and as always will definitely be back very soon!

I had the lamb small portion my god never tasted lamb like it .very tender came with a selection of veg n mash gravey the whole of the meal was beautiful. 1 of the others had salmon again 5 along with chicken salad n chips n chicken thank you for a lovely meal will we be back most definitely
