Jack In The Box - OLD RVR-WNFRE

This was my 1st and last time at this location. Everything about this location needs WORK. I ordered online. I get there and had to go inside for pick up. The floor was dirty, food and discarded condiments were all over the floor and tables. The drink machine is broken and full of sitting water in the drain pan. I walks up to the counts and no one greeted me even after the young lady saw me standing there. When the young girl finally acknowledged my presence she had an attitude, not surprised. I could tell by her demeanor she would be rude. I finally got my food. The drinks were watered down so bad the cups were soft, the food was cold and low and behold my burger was wrong. I went back inside to let them know. Of course a few of them had an attitude. The lady that remade my burger asked like 3 times how I wanted it. Finally my burger was remade after about 10 mins. Whoever owns this location needs to really train the staff and do a DEEP inspection and clean.

I’m not sure why I even go here. You never get my order right. Tacos and chicken sandwhiches made completely wrong from what I asked.
