The fried ribs are amazing! Had the boudain balls crawfish pie and crackling too- all delicious! Very friendly service and well organized, clean shop.

Super clean shop with lots of Cajun food selections, frozen, cold, and hot cooked along with cookware, chips, drinks and seasonings. A little dinning area to eat if you are buying hot bar items. The regular boudin is phenomenal when grilled until crispy. So delicious! It doesn’t have that liver taste a lot of boudin has and it’s not greasy or oily. The Cajun pork chops are really good. The chicken stuffed with rice dressing is great smoked on the smoker. The Devillier’s seasoning great in scrambled eggs, on potatoes, or meat. We buy it often, it is better than Tony’s Chachere’s Cajun seasoning in flavor and less salty. The frozen crawfish etoufee was good and made for a quick dinner. The smoked boudin is dry already and once heated even drier, I don’t recommend it. As far as hot bar foods. The Cajun tamale, meat pies, boudin balls, and the boudin wrap are all delicious!

The best Cajun food in Texas! You have to give it a try. To clarify, I haven't sampled the dishes prepared at the restaurant, but I have taken their refrigerated and frozen options home to cook myself. I've never been let down. If you're using the oven, I highly recommend the smoked boudin. If you’re able to add your own smoke, go for the regular boudin.

As good as anything I get in Scott/Lafayette back home. Best boudin I've had in texas.

You can find the BEST meat/meats right here!! I had gotten a couple 12 oz ribeye steaks. I cooked them up and they were just INCREDIBLE! So thick and juicy!! They've got my business for LIFE! And I'm only talking about the STEAK!
