Was TONICaSTEEL at Devillier Boudin a mag?
It truly feels like you're in Louisiana! They have all the delicious options, including stuffed dishes of every kind. And don't miss out on the chicken cracklins! View all feedback.

What A LaChapelle dislikes about Devillier Boudin:
I was disappointed wayyy too much rice in the boudain and not much flavor and the cracklin was too salty. I didn’t feel a Louisiana vibe walking in either which was disappointing as a creole person. The crawfish pie was good tho. View all feedback.

Fresh cracklings are delicious and all boudin balls were delicious. Everything was delicious.

Hot table food was outstanding. I look forward to when their menu is available. Boudin balls and link were very good. So many great offerings in the frozen section.

Super clean shop with lots of Cajun food selections, frozen, cold, and hot cooked along with cookware, chips, drinks and seasonings. A little dinning area to eat if you are buying hot bar items. The regular boudin is phenomenal when grilled until crispy. So delicious! It doesn’t have that liver taste a lot of boudin has and it’s not greasy or oily. The Cajun pork chops are really good. The chicken stuffed with rice dressing is great smoked on the smoker. The Devillier’s seasoning great in scrambled eggs, on potatoes, or meat. We buy it often, it is better than Tony’s Chachere’s Cajun seasoning in flavor and less salty. The frozen crawfish etoufee was good and made for a quick dinner. The smoked boudin is dry already and once heated even drier, I don’t recommend it. As far as hot bar foods. The Cajun tamale, meat pies, boudin balls, and the boudin wrap are all delicious!
