Waited a long time to be greeted, someone that wasn’t our server took our drink and food order since no one else had come. Were told our ticket was messed up and they were making our food now after waiting 30 minutes already. then it comes out wrong, and hadn’t received appetizer, she leaves the fries and says she’s going to have them fix it. We Enjoy this place, to us the Philly cheese fries are phenomenal , it does get a bit crowded and loud at times.
Manager here like to yell at people and cause a scene.
These servers don’t know how to do a job, I forgot her name but they really charged a family of 5 gratuity even though gratuity is for 6+ parties. Also tried to lie and say “we can’t sit 6 people in a booth” when obviously there was only 5 not 6 like their staff needs to learn how to count??? Not only did they charge gratuity which was wrong but really didn’t let them sit for 5 people in a booth like??
This place is a family favorite! I can’t say that I’ve tried everything on the menu but just about and it is so delicious everything the service is usually top-notch and they have tons of things to watch and good music always playing. And there’s never too long of a wait time because it is very spacious. Parking: I’ve never had a problem parking here.
5 star workers atmosphere but PLEASE revisit your wings. The flavors are 0 stars and dry rubs are basic. You can mess up beer so people keep coming. PEOPLE GO OUT FOR
