Got to the drive-through window and ordered the new milk Boba tea, the guy told me they were out. I asked when they would have more and he said that they hadn’t made it ?Then I was told they didn’t have any change and that I needed to use a card or play with the exact amount of cash. Are you flipping kidding me?!!!!

Ive been coming here all my life but recently, it’s gone downhill so badly. Maybe it’s just a staffing issue? I’m here at 11:45 pm on a Sunday. Online, the drive thru hours are listed as 2:00am closing, and dining room closing at 12am midnight. Ok well I’m here well within the business hours and it’s empty inside with no notice of closing early. I guess no 4/20 Pineapple Express shake for me this year.

Worst jack in the box ever even with the price hike and the employees making more than 20 now can't even get a order right or even make food cold no taste rude employees u can make all this at home cheaper and taste better
