Of the two entrees, one was cooked perfectly to medium rare. The other, however, was cooked medium. The spumoni bomba for dessert is always killer!

Why not plan on making MORE than enough especially since the following day was St. Patrick 's Day and I 'm sure they would have sold any remaining. This happens a lot with the Specials there over the years.
