She apologized profusely that coworkers who were supposed to... read more I went there this morning around 5:30 and was greeted by the friendly worker who is usually there. She apologized profusely that coworkers who were supposed to arrive at 4:00 and another at 5:00 had failed to show up and that she was all alone. Further, she arrived to quite the mess and nobody had locked the business door last night.I go to this particular Dunkin because this employee is so friendly. She has her regulars she knows their orders on sight and is chatty and warm. I feel the owners of this place need to give her a raise for being truly one of the few faces at any Dunkins who knows what great customer service is and delievers it. The fact she is going out of her way to still be there working despite the lack of help, deserves recognition and a raise.

I had to take away some stars because they still refuse to fill my thermos. I end up wasting a cup of coffee before I can pour it into my thermos. The pandemic is over; it's time to move on from this nonsense.

Typical Dunkin, friendly staff, fresh hot coffee. Got there late in the day so the donuts were a bit stale. The restaurant was clean, and I appreciated the outdoor seating area at the fr... read more Great location with no complaints. It's what you'd expect from a typical Dunkin'. The restaurant was clean, and I appreciated the outdoor seating area at the front, which had about two open tables for customers. It was nice to have that option. Regarding parking, there was plenty available, but keep in mind that there’s no drive-thru.
