Why is this Hardee's even open? Why did they waste their money remodeling it when it's never open after breakfast? Anytime you go to this Hardee's after 6:00 p.m. it's closed. But you always got four or five employees hanging outside with a bunch of friends. But you can't order no food. This Hardee's just needs to be closed permanently and put a new restaurant in there that's going to be open. But you always got the employees and their friends hanging out eating Hardee's food. Came for National Beta Convention, ordered food to be ready at a certain time…food was ready when we got there and staff was above accommodating and super friendly!!! Great place to stop in while visiting Nashville!!!!
My order was wrong but I had just come from blood work and was starving so I got sausage egg cheese biscuit meal and a country ham biscuit but the country ham never made it to me. the food was amazing by the way thank you
They usually get my order right, but they need to work more on their speed of taking orders and their politeness they do not smile
The lobby is closed, but there's no indication of this anywhere. The doors are always locked, making it hard to access the restaurant. I also had to deal with the typical long wait at the drive-thru, and to make things worse, their system went down while I was waiting for my order, which only prolonged my wait. Although my order was accurate, the food was just lukewarm.
