I don’t understand how a location has such a hard time understanding what ordering a double quarter ponder with cheese and asking for no bun, and just the meat angle cheese plain is. Every single time it either comes out as a normal burger or the forget a whole patty even though they charge for a double. Every single time.. They even added and deleted theitem from the order multiple times, then changed it on the order at the window and still messed it up.Dietary restrictions: On Keto diet and can’t have the ketchup, or bun, don’t want just pickle mustard and onions, so try to order plain. Apparently easier said than done

Don't ask for extra onions or they will dip your buns in grease and then dump the onions onto the wrapper and not the burger. They were not even busy.

We went through the drive thru and it took probably 20 minutes to get our meals. The person taking the orders was polite but had to restart taking our order 3 times because of a technical difficulty. I grew up eating at McDonald's because the food was inexpensive and decent. These days it's outrageous for what you get. The cost of a combo is close to what you can pay at a sit down restaurant or bar. Spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. We only go to McDonalds for our kids as a quick meal after sports practice but those days are done.
