Hit or miss with this place. The food is just average. The drinks are average. The atmosphere is nice especially at night. Hosts are usually great, bartenders not so much, definitely a hit or miss with them. Some are rather slow. View all feedback. What Colin Freas doesn't like about Phoenix Upper Main:
We got food late on a Friday night.. technically the kitchen is open till midnight, which is great, but... I don't know if the kitchen truly appreciates an 1145 order, ya know? But like... I dunno if you're gonna send food out, send out your best, right? Anyway, I know it's an institution, I mean give it a go, but that was my experience at the Phoenix. View all feedback.
