Good mochi donuts, but I do think they are a bit expensive/ could be chewier. Personally prefer Mochinut. That said, their donuts are still good and better than some other mochi donuts I've tried, so still giving them a 4 star. It's a small place, usually order a takeout because. Their flavors are pretty good too, though could be stronger. View all feedback.
Very good bowls, portions are extremely good. The service was great though they were out of some things, loved my
Place is very cute and casual. Quiet. Easy parking in a shopping/restaurant area. Service was very good it's at the counter and you pick your base, protein, and toppings. Portions were a very good size. I got spicy tuna and salmon. Next time I will do all spicy tuna because it was fantastic. Ponzu and eel sauce were great. Vegetables were all fresh. Good value for the price. I had an earl grey mochi donut too (yum!! I will probably be back this week while I'm still in town!
Got the poke bowl solid 4/5. The rice was just ok but the fish and toppings were great!
Just kinda baffled at the experience I had at this place. Been wanting to give them a visit for a long time and finally was able to go, was very interested in trying their Mochi donuts.Walked in, atmosphere felt extremely weird and wasn 't even greeted which didn 't help that aspect. Decided to just get a single donut to try it out despite the initial impressions I got from the place, just asked for a Mochi donut they had on display, plain vanilla iced.Got back to my car and took a look at what they gave me (as the clerks placed it into the bag behind the counter, I didn 't see , I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me a vanilla donut adorned with Halloween decorations although I didn 't ask for that, I was like Okay well that 's fine it looks pretty cute so I 'm excited to try this out! I take a bite of the donut itself and it was great, extremely soft like a pillow. Really good impression so far! I take another bite and am completely torn out of the pleasant experience as I reached the part of the donut that was adorned with the Halloween sprinkles/candy, they were all hard as a rock, harder than even a bad popcorn kernel. As the donut itself was very soft and I became accustomed to biting down harder than usual, this sudden intrusive sensation left my teeth in agony. Thinking maybe it was just that one piece of candy that was that hard, I tried to bite another area, nope. All of the pieces were like that. It was impossible to eat and the donut was completely covered in these.Since my teeth were physically hurting after this, partner offers to go back in and ask for an exchange, better yet just get the donut I actually asked for which was just Vanilla, never said I wanted any toppings.Clerks were just kind of shifting around and didn 't want to help at all. They refused an exchange, said something along the lines of can 't you just take them off? Which is baffling. Then, admitted to the fact that no one even likes the donuts and that they 've had a lot of complaints about them. Okay, so why do this then? Why secretly give a customer something they didn 't even ask for, peddling off something that you expect people to eat being a soft donut with rock-hard candy on it that you can easily stop making if no one likes it. They refused any kind of assistance, claimed all the plain donuts are sold out (wonder why. , refused to simply make a fresh one for us.I 'm just speechless at how unnecessary it all was. Do not go here. I probably won 't even get my refund either.
Very good poke bowl and mochi donuts. Spicy tuna was flavorful and the sauce choices were very good.
