A group of college girls were quietly working on their computers, and one of them let out a small laugh—not even loud. I was sitting right next to them when the tall, white male manager in a beige button-up shirt approached their table and rudely demanded they lower their voices, claiming other customers were in the dining room. The tone he used was unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. Those girls were not being loud at all, and the only other person there besides me was them. It’s sad for the employees who have to work under someone with such a bad attitude and obvious power trip issues. To the manager: how dare you speak to those young women like that? It felt like you assumed they wouldn’t speak up because of their age. If it had been a family, an older woman, or a man like yourself, you probably wouldn't have had the nerve to act that way. What a terrible display of authority. I wish I knew your name because I would definitely report you. At 45 years old, I would have stood up to you myself!

I ordered a steak sandwich, but one half was completely devoid of meat, while the other had very little. When I brought this to the attention of an employee at the counter, she suggested I simply shift the meat from one side to the other. Why should I pay $13 for a poorly made sandwich? When I addressed the issue with the manager, he was unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no remorse. It seems that this disregard for quality and customer service is rooted in the management and impacts the overall experience at the restaurant.

I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with pickle chips, and I was disappointed. There was barely any buffalo sauce, and the pickle chips were few and far between. Overall, the meal left much to be desired.
