Afte... read more I dined at KFC tonight (11/18/22) after work. A young woman took my order but didn’t follow up, making it seem like she was just going through the motions. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes with no updates, I noticed the group behind me was served immediately. Fortunately, a young man named Mazu saw the delay and stepped in. He handled the situation promptly and got my order to me quickly. Mazu truly deserves a raise or promotion for his outstanding customer service!

However, I've noticed some customers seem to struggle with the fast food options. It's impressive to see that the food served here is fresh and hot. If you inquire about promotions, there’s often a good deal available for families. The service is quick! I ordered a lot of food, and the staff handled it efficiently. The prices are slightly above average, especially if you're not sticking to the basic meals, but keep in mind that we’re talking about real chicken that is cooked fresh on-site, rather than precooked and just reheated.

You genuinely care about your customers, which is a refreshing change compared to many restaurant staff in NYC.
