The food was great! I got exactly what I anticipated from KFC!
I dined here tonight, 11/18/22, after work. The young lady who took my order didn't seem to follow it through and acted as if she was just there to collect payment. After waiting 5-10 minutes with no updates, I noticed that the group of men behind me received their orders right away. Thankfully, a young man named Mazu noticed my wait and addressed the issue. He quickly rectified the situation and brought me my order promptly. This man deserves a raise or a promotion for his outstanding customer service!
They try to confuse your order and try to blame you. But they are ready to correct things.

On October 30, 2022, I had a wonderful experience at KFC. The cashier was incredibly friendly and professional, greeting us with a warm smile. He provided excellent service to my family and me.
