The food was good, I enjoyed the vegan options: Foto Tofu. I was quite surprised to see number of vegan/vegetarian dishes. My husband enjoyed his beef udon and Teriyaki chicken. However, 1 star deducted from a tedious wait between the dishes. It was awfully long! We were very close to leave and that forced us not to order more because we didn’t want to wait. The quality of the fish was superb. The sushi rice wad close to perfect. The local white wine that I had paired well with the food I ordered.
Really great sushi in olbia. They spoke English very well and the food arrived within minutes.
It was a pleasant atmosphere and a really kind service. The food was delicious.

Il miglior sushi mai mangiato finora. Pesce fresco e di ottima qualità. Piatti eleganti. Il personale super cordiale e disponibile. Location elegante e ben curata. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuro.
