What can I say, wow. If you are lucky enough its a must reserve and go. We were intrigued walking past and hearing some nice music from the balcony, I used reliable google and realised it was a restaurant so we popped in and made a reservation for later during our holiday. We had the most fabulous night and one to remember, we felt lucky to receive one to one service from the manager/owner/chef Luca, he really is a sensational guy. Luca explained his concept of his restaurant and that he had worked all over the world, his dishes were very unique and superb. We chose the 5 course tasting menu with matching wines. Luca was very generous and we started with a delightful amuse bouche and glass of fizz. Our first course was Luca's take on a simple caprese salad (tomato and mozzarella) but although sounds simple the dish was presented to us in an unimaginable way, the tomatoes tasted so fresh and underneath there was a delightful juice mixture (sorry my explanation isn't the best) to enjoy at the end, it literally tasted of summer in a dish. Luca was very generous with his wines and we enjoyed a few glasses of white and red depending on the course we were having. It really was a gastronomic experience to remember and very unique. We are lucky to enjoy fine dining regular and I can honestly say this was unique. I think Luca and his ideas will go far and I only wish we will return to Olbia to enjoy once more. Thank you.

Amazing food but after first course we almost died :D Generous portions Delicious food, really, very nice location, we truly enjoyed. It was our honeymoon and the place was just perfect. Staff and Cheff are incredibly thoughtful, explain every dish in detail. But If you want to have a tasting menu, don’t have any lunch at all and/or breakfast! we took only the 5 dish tasting menu, but I cannot imagine who could take on the 12 dish available. Hope i had another stomach to eat all of this, as this is just soo amaizing.
I don’t often provide any reviews. Unless its REALLY good or REALLY bad. One of the best dining experience I had was during my holiday in Sardinia (and I’ve been to several). Where a charming and gorgeous man who designed the restaurant and menu was our waiter AND chef. The mainstream or average restaurants in Sardinia is no way near to the calibre of this gem. I am now convinced I must marry an Italian man.
Having fought our way through the crowds of Olbia on a Saturday night and longing for a resturant that would not be the same of many others that we have seen this far, we noticed this establishment on a balcony overlooking the square. Glad that we went in. Based on our level of hunger we decided to eat from the alacarte menu. I had the slow cooked eggs with asparagus as a starter and had ravioli stuffed with a carbonara sauce filling. Both were delicious and despite the appearent smalll size of the portions, I was full. we had a very attentive service, competent without being overpowering; Great table service and crystal glasses and rapidly changing cutlery. The Owner/chef was present at the serving of all food and gave us a quick explanation of what we were about to eat. House bread, amouse-bouche and two bottles of house wine (bottled and labelled) were followed by dessert and (this is the first time I saw it) Grappa made from Amarone di Valpolicella. I felt like a million dollars. Thanks a lot
