I had an exceptional experience with the customer service. My order placed through the app was not completely processed, but the manager took the initiative to come out to my car and identify which five items were missing. She promptly and personally delivered the missing items at no extra cost! I couldn't have hoped for a better resolution. Her thoughtfulness truly made up for the inconvenience and the wait. I really enjoy the drinks and shakes at Sonic, and the food is quite tasty as well. However, my main concern is with the app. I appreciate the special deals available, and it's convenient to have my order mostly ready when I arrive. Unfortunately, about 10-20% of the time, the app either fails to place my order, which means I usually end up not getting Sonic that day, or it doesn't let me check in when I arrive. The staff is always friendly and helpful in getting me my food, even when I'm unable to check in through the app, but it's frustrating to sit in my car watching the loading icon spin while I'm hungry. I understand that the app issues aren’t solely the restaurant's fault, but as a franchise, they are responsible for the overarching problems. The feedback I’ve submitted through the app seems to have gone unnoticed. Please resolve your app issues, Sonic!

The staff have always had masks and gloves on due to COVID-19. This location can be quite busy. Even when they are busy they are relative fast preparing your food. The orders are almost always correct.

A burnt bun, burnt bacon and COLD tator tots "fresh" from the fryer. POOR SHOWING. Really shows that the staff has a GaS of 0.
