I had an exceptional experience with the customer service. My order placed through the app was not completely processed, but the manager took the initiative to come out to my car and identify which five items were missing. She promptly and personally delivered the missing items at no extra cost! I couldn't have hoped for a better resolution. Her thoughtfulness truly made up for the inconvenience and the wait. A burnt bun, burnt bacon and COLD tator tots "fresh" from the fryer. POOR SHOWING. Really shows that the staff has a GaS of 0.
The app works efficiently at this restaurant, and the staff genuinely strives to assist whenever there are any problems.
Great service. Good people! They were really busy and still got my order out promptly.
