Fortunately, the cashier was... read more I visited during the busy lunch hour and encountered an issue using the self-service kiosk due to a problem with a Visa gift card. Fortunately, the cashier was extremely helpful and patient with me. An employee assigned to dining room cleanup also tried to assist me at the kiosk, and I noticed her helping multiple customers with chair arrangements and tidying up. A gentleman working in the kitchen was quick to provide me with the soup I wanted, even though it was my mistake for not realizing that the broccoli cheddar soup had been swapped for broccoli cheddar mac 'n' cheese. This experience really brightened my day. It's clear that this team genuinely cares about treating customers well, and they truly deserve recognition for their efforts. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

The contrast between this location and the on... read more Only writing this because the instructions of excluding plasticware and napkins for my pick-up order was followed. The contrast between this location and the one much closer to me (College Quivira) was glaring. Didn't have any missing items which is a nice bonus.
