Only writing this because the instructions of excluding plasticware and napkins for my pick-up order was followed. The contrast between this location and the one much closer to me (College Quivira) was glaring. Didn't have any missing items which is a nice bonus. View all feedback.
I visited during the busy lunch hour and encountered an issue using the self-service kiosk due to a problem with a Visa gift card. Fortunately, the cashier was extremely helpful and patient with me. An employee assigned to dining room cleanup also tried to assist me at the kiosk, and I noticed her helping multiple customers with chair arrangements and tidying up. A gentleman working in the kitchen was quick to provide me with the soup I wanted, even though it was my mistake for not realizing that the broccoli cheddar soup had been swapped for broccoli cheddar mac 'n' cheese. This experience really brightened my day. It's clear that this team genuinely cares about treating customers well, and they truly deserve recognition for their efforts. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family.

I couldn't determine whether it was the French twill or the t-shirt, but something just didn't feel right.
Every time I visit the Panera in Olathe, I am treated with the utmost respect by the staff. I have developed a fondness for a couple of the employees there, especially Mariah and Brad. The management team, including Luke and Alex, along with the rest of the management, is fantastic. The Olathe Panera on 119th Street truly deserves 10 stars!
Their Fuji Apple Chicken Salad is the best!
