I... read more However, this meal was different. It felt fresh, light yet satisfying, and came with three homemade tortillas, which were fantastic—not tough or chewy at all. I even asked the owner for the recipe! I ordered a Chile Relleno, which is a poblano pepper stuffed with either cheese or shredded chicken. I tried both fillings, and they were both delicious. I finished my entire plate and felt completely satisfied without any bloating. Overall, it was truly an exceptional home-cooked meal.
